Refund Policy

Digital Products

Stack Liberate sells digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. This includes downloaded files, published websites, and any content generated through our platform.

When We May Issue a Refund

We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment, wrong amount)
  • The service is fundamentally non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to hello@stackliberate.com.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after use
  • Files have already been downloaded or a website has been published
  • Failure to read the product description or documentation before purchase
  • Issues caused by third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.)
  • Websites that fall outside our supported scope, including but not limited to: ecommerce sites, web applications with backends, sites requiring user authentication, or sites exceeding 20 pages. These limitations are clearly stated on our website prior to purchase.
  • Incomplete or imperfect results caused by the complexity of the source website (heavy JavaScript, dynamic content, proprietary frameworks). Results vary depending on the source site.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
