We do not support ecommerce, user authentication, dynamic backends, or sites exceeding 20 pages. Results may vary depending on the complexity of the source material.

2. Your Account

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Ownership

You own the websites and files you create or customize using our tools. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Stack Liberate's software, editor, templates, and documentation are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable laws.

4. Payment

Pricing is listed on our website. All payments are one-time unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

7. Hosting and Deployment

We do not host your websites. Websites are deployed to your own hosting account or downloaded as files. You are responsible for your hosting provider's terms and any associated costs.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all website structures, or that results will match any specific expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published websites continue to function independently. You retain ownership of all downloaded files. No refunds are provided upon termination.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on our website.

11. Copyright

Stack Liberate respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content published through our service infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@stackliberate.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized

We will review and respond to valid notices promptly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that infringe on the intellectual property of others.
